Sweetly caramelises with sugar and honey powder but hey, nicely sweet. We use traditional ground cumin and flavour-pops of cumin seeds to elevate and enhance that sweetness. Did you know cumin is great with orange, soft cheese, mango and pineapple (not all together LOL)? To that, we’ve added our absolute favourite fennel seed, ground and delicately green. Fennel’s aniseed flavour is the best with all kinds of pork. Black pepper gives gutsy warmth and we’ve used Turkish Pul Biber mild red pepper flakes for smooth, silky heat. Together, it’s irresistible for steak, pulled pork, ribs and burnt ends. Dive in. Storage & use Store cool and dry for the best before end, see base. Use at 5% by weight or to taste. Allow to set for 20 mins before cooking or overnight.
